As per California Civil Code section 51, Sovereign and its platform partners maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding discrimination of any kind.

Platform users are prohibited from discriminating against riders or drivers based on:

Race, color, or national origin
Religion or creed
Physical or mental disability
Medical condition or genetic information
Marital status or sexual orientation
Age (40 and over)

Note: Any violation of this policy must be reported to the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH) within 48 hours of occurrence.
